Joe Wicks

PE with Joe Wickes

Three days a week, Joe Wicks - also known as The Body Coach - will be streaming live PE sessions for free via his YouTube channel. These will take place at 9am on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning but they can also be accessed at any point after this. Each session will last for 20-minutes and will not require any specialist equipment or large amounts of space. The exercises are specifically designed for children but can be enjoyed by all! The Body Coach YouTube Channel
